The China (Vietnam) Chemical Exhibition has been successfully held for 16 consecutive sessions and has become the most international, professional, and trade oriented chemical event in Vietnam and even Southeast Asia. It attracts more than 3000 excellent buyers and purchasers from all over the world every year. At the exhibition site, Chinese exhibitors received a large number of Vietnamese customers, and many companies reached transactions on site. More than 50% of exhibitors participate continuously. Among them, pesticides, fertilizers, basic chemicals, water treatment agents, coatings, dyes, chemical raw materials, chemical machinery and other fields are particularly prominent.

In recent years, Vietnam's rapid economic development has attracted a large amount of investment, especially the transfer of traditional labor-intensive industries from China to Vietnam, which has driven the development of chemical raw material trade and created a thriving scene. Vietnamese chemical distributors are currently turning to countries such as Cambodia and Laos, expanding their scope to Southeast Asian countries, and the demand for Chinese chemical products is constantly increasing. Each enterprise on site is able to receive 40-50 Vietnamese customers, many of whom can negotiate transactions on site, which is encouraging.

In order to promote exchanges between chemical enterprises in China and Vietnam, and for Chinese enterprises to better understand the demands of the Vietnamese chemical market, a variety of business visits will be arranged during the exhibition period. During the last exhibition, a Sino Vietnamese Chemical Exchange Conference was held, and representatives from the Vietnamese government gave detailed introductions to Chinese enterprises on chemical product access, pesticide and fertilizer registration systems, local environmental protection requirements, and more. During the two afternoons of the exhibition, with strong support from the Vietnam Plant Protection Bureau and the Vietnamese Ministry of Commerce, the China Council for the Promotion of Chemical Industry and Trade organized business visits to the pesticide, fertilizer, dye, and coating industries. Through face-to-face communication and negotiation with local enterprises, Chinese exhibitors have gained a deeper understanding of the trade situation and market development trends in the local market of Vietnam.
